Yes, we are “a butcher shop” but we are also a neighborhood grocer, featuring organic produce, specialty grocery, and beer.


All of our produce is 100% organic with an emphasis on local sourcing and seasonal offerings. In the summer months, almost all of our produce is from New York State.

Much like our meat offerings, our distributors are all in the Northeast and work with local, small farms. Our main distributors include family-owned Four Seasons Produce based in Ephrata, PA, Angello’s Distributing based in the Hudson Valley, and female-owned Meyer’s Produce, based in Vermont.

As far as grocery goes, it’s a mix of highbrow and lowbrow: just like us. Our shelves feature Heinz 57 glass bottles alongside Kewpie mayo. We love to support small-batch, artisanal brands but also know that there are some things that don’t need to be organic. We know a classic when we see one.

And finally, our beer selection is carefully curated, offering a diverse rotation of craft beers and ciders. But we still love shotgunning our Buds.
