In this Sausage Making class you’ll learn the basic formula that can then apply to making a variety of sausages. You'll learn a little bit about The Meat Hook, the whole animal butcher movement, and the science of sausage making. You’ll also get to try your hand at prepping, mixing, stuffing, and linking! Not only will you be working with meat but of course we had to bring cheese into the mix as well! You will have 3 choices of cheese that you can stuff your sausage with and snack on during class. You will enjoy all of these offerings as you sip unlimited pours of house wines. You do not want to miss this! Afterwards you will also go home with your sausage creations to grill up later!
