A boneless ham can be cut to your specifications, from 3 to 10 pounds. A bone-in ham can be cut to your specifications, from 6 to 12 pounds. Remember, this ham is unseasoned and uncooked, so it won't be smoked or sweet. You will need to brine or season it once you pick it up.
The balance at $8.99 (bone-in) or $9.99 (boneless) per lb will be due at pick-up (minus your $25 deposit).
