Frenched Pork Loin Roast Deposit

This roast will be made pork from Dustin Gibson's farm in Valley Falls, New York. Dustin raises his mixed heritage breed pigs on wooded pasture, solely for The Meat Hook.  Our pork has a good amount of intra-muscular fat which makes it more juicy, tender and flavorful. You can't lose.

Each loin will be skinless, trimmed, frenched and ready to season with minimal fuss. When considering how many bones to select, we estimate that each bone may weigh around 1-1.5 lbs and feed around 2 people per bone.

The balance at $16.99 per lb will be due at pick-up (minus your $25 deposit). Please add any special instructions to the notes section at time of checkout.
