This roast will be made pork from Dustin Gibson's farm in Valley Falls, New York. Dustin raises his mixed heritage breed pigs on wooded pasture, just for The Meat Hook. Our pork has a good amount of intra-muscular fat (you know, that fat inside the meat that makes a ribeye look so good) which makes it more juicy, tender and flavorful. You can't lose.
Each 8 bone loin will be skinless, trimmed, frenched, tied together, and ready to season with minimal fuss. Every 8 bone loin will feed 8 people and is $16.99 per pound.
